For Huawei nova 4, when you type MTNL APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering MTNL Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as mtnl.net and not as MTNL.NET or Mtnl.net. If entering MTNL GPRS(Delhi Pre-pay) APN Settings above to your Huawei nova 4, APN should be entered as gprsppsdel and not as GPRSPPSDEL or Gprsppsdel.
